COMING OUT OF COCOON

SECOND HALT: BONDING WITH PEOPLE

Relationships with “You"
We have worked quite hard on ourselves, did introspection and also tried to improve our aptitude and faculties. But the real test starts when we go out into the real world, and starts bonding with people, or "you" group. Anybody outside us is 'you'. Our parents are the first 'You', to come into our lives. An integral part of our existence, They would just love you, whosoever you are, white or black, fat or thin, beautiful or ugly. They would just embrace you the moment you are born. To rear you become their sole motive in lives. They can go to any extent to provide food, shelter, clothes, and education to you, and lastly make you happily settled down.
Relationship with this 'you’ emits, love, patience, sympathy, sometime coaxing, but unconditional support, however it is unfortunate that this most beautiful relationship becomes over -bearing with passage of time. Expectations, and grudges seeps in this once forgiving relationship.
The next relationship broadens our horizons and gives us the taste of sweet and sour experiences of our siblings- our brother and sisters. This teasing relationship gives us the taste of bondage, support and dependency unfortunately jealousy and grudges seeps in and you start tasting disappointments and insults. Real world can be more ruthless and we come across "you" in many ways, friends, peers, teachers, employers and employees. Now the 'give and take' business starts. To sustain this 'You group', one has to invest time, money and energy. By now, we  have tasted the glimpses of jealousy, revenge, envy and deception.
Friendship, courtship, and companionship may cross ones path, Whether experiences are good or bad but they are certain to leave imprints on our mind, which eventually starts accumulating in our memories. These recollections consume most of our time and energy, and we start reacting to them unconsciously. This is the reason why fond memories make us happy and sad ones leave us grumpy.
Once these impurities get accumulated in our mind, contamination starts and if these feelings go unchecked they are guaranteed to damage our mind.
By this time we have learned all the harsh lessons that it is quite impossible to make this 'you entity’ happy, but it is all the more difficult to ignore them, as they have spread everywhere.  To escape from this multidimensional, omnipresent 'you' is a difficult task.
So then what should be our goal in life?
And what could be the best approach to live?
Shall we also behave like turtles exposing only the hard shell to the outside world?

A third exceptionally important entity can answer these questions and solve this dilemma- ‘GURU’(spiritual teacher).
Only HE can show you the middle path to live socially and still be untouched by venom.
GURU is a mystical figure, an incarnation of GOD, and our savior;

Without  unconditional love we cannot understand GURU and GOD. Therefore let us first explore the mystical reality LOVE.

Pure love, is it really possible?

Cleansing with YOGA

The Ashtanga Yoga is the school of thought, that advocates the eight-fold yoga system for physical and spiritual well being.

They are restraint(Yamas), observances(Niyamas), purity(Shaucha),contentment (Santosha), austerity(Tapa), self-education(Swadhyaya) and lastly meditation on Divine (Ishwar-Pranidhan), as the term ‘yoga’ means union with Supreme.

This road of ‘Self -Enhancement’ is very tough, but highly recommended, or may be taken as the sole aim of HUMAN LIFE.

The Benefits of Yogasanas and Pranayama-

yoga asaanas
Swami Vivekananda, “The fire of Yoga burns the cage of sin that is around a man.”
The regular practice of yoga asana has an immense therapeutic value, they affect our minds in positive way; induces positive thinking, positive energy, and help in dispelling negative aura around us.  Regular Yoga practice helps to keep our body fit. Physical fitness thus achieved leads to reduction of physical stress, and resulting in greater vitality. Asanas harmonize our pranic ability and mental energy flow by clearing any blockages in the subtle body leading to the mental equilibrium and calmness.
mediating on different chakras
‘PRANAYAMA' is a compound term ('prana' and 'yama') means harmonizing the pranaic force in a healthy way. Pranayama is all about controlling the life force or the prana, it is much more than a breath-control exercise. Ancient yogis, understood the essence of prana, and devised methods to master it. Since breath or prana is basic to life, so the practice of pranayama helps in harnessing the life force (prana) in and around us, and practiced by deepening and extending it. The practice of ‘pranayama’ leads to a state of inner peace and is followed by three essential stages Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi in yoga.
The other methods of purifying are the observance of dharma(religion) with complete faith and honesty; Patience, forgiveness, piousness, honesty, sanctity, control of senses, truthfulness and absence of anger are essence of every religion. And if we follow them candidly, we can certainly establish inner peace and harmony around us.
initiating chakras
One must follow them devotedly not for anybody else but for himself, as an absence of the Dharma(religion) could doom ones life.
The divine intervention achieved through prayers and meditation is also very important aspect for chakras' cleaning and central to the achievement for bringing emotional balance and stability.
A mind totally engrossed in negative thoughts, like anger, jealousy and revenge is like living in Hell.
Isn't it strange that our mind, experiences so many emotions, all the time continuously, a constant process like waves in the ocean, one after the other, countless, ceaseless, and it is very difficult to keep a track on them. Now the question arises: "Who is the perpetrator of this intense emotional turbulence"?. And if we are self possessed, even then we are thinking about them, either wanting to please others(you entity) or lamenting again on entity you.  According to me it is ‘Entity you’ and only ‘you’ is the culprit of this constant churning of thought process and myriad emotional up -heals. They are ones, whose thoughts consume us all day long whether sleeping or awakening. Our mind is full of observation and judgments about them.
I think we should explore this “you entity” first, before crossing other hurdles in the course of spirituality.

The recent news to cut down 16,000 trees by the Delhi Govt for housing project jostled me. This is like giving away lungs to save heart. ...
