Cleansing with YOGA

The Ashtanga Yoga is the school of thought, that advocates the eight-fold yoga system for physical and spiritual well being.

They are restraint(Yamas), observances(Niyamas), purity(Shaucha),contentment (Santosha), austerity(Tapa), self-education(Swadhyaya) and lastly meditation on Divine (Ishwar-Pranidhan), as the term ‘yoga’ means union with Supreme.

This road of ‘Self -Enhancement’ is very tough, but highly recommended, or may be taken as the sole aim of HUMAN LIFE.

The Benefits of Yogasanas and Pranayama-

yoga asaanas
Swami Vivekananda, “The fire of Yoga burns the cage of sin that is around a man.”
The regular practice of yoga asana has an immense therapeutic value, they affect our minds in positive way; induces positive thinking, positive energy, and help in dispelling negative aura around us.  Regular Yoga practice helps to keep our body fit. Physical fitness thus achieved leads to reduction of physical stress, and resulting in greater vitality. Asanas harmonize our pranic ability and mental energy flow by clearing any blockages in the subtle body leading to the mental equilibrium and calmness.
mediating on different chakras
‘PRANAYAMA' is a compound term ('prana' and 'yama') means harmonizing the pranaic force in a healthy way. Pranayama is all about controlling the life force or the prana, it is much more than a breath-control exercise. Ancient yogis, understood the essence of prana, and devised methods to master it. Since breath or prana is basic to life, so the practice of pranayama helps in harnessing the life force (prana) in and around us, and practiced by deepening and extending it. The practice of ‘pranayama’ leads to a state of inner peace and is followed by three essential stages Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi in yoga.
The other methods of purifying are the observance of dharma(religion) with complete faith and honesty; Patience, forgiveness, piousness, honesty, sanctity, control of senses, truthfulness and absence of anger are essence of every religion. And if we follow them candidly, we can certainly establish inner peace and harmony around us.
initiating chakras
One must follow them devotedly not for anybody else but for himself, as an absence of the Dharma(religion) could doom ones life.
The divine intervention achieved through prayers and meditation is also very important aspect for chakras' cleaning and central to the achievement for bringing emotional balance and stability.
A mind totally engrossed in negative thoughts, like anger, jealousy and revenge is like living in Hell.
Isn't it strange that our mind, experiences so many emotions, all the time continuously, a constant process like waves in the ocean, one after the other, countless, ceaseless, and it is very difficult to keep a track on them. Now the question arises: "Who is the perpetrator of this intense emotional turbulence"?. And if we are self possessed, even then we are thinking about them, either wanting to please others(you entity) or lamenting again on entity you.  According to me it is ‘Entity you’ and only ‘you’ is the culprit of this constant churning of thought process and myriad emotional up -heals. They are ones, whose thoughts consume us all day long whether sleeping or awakening. Our mind is full of observation and judgments about them.
I think we should explore this “you entity” first, before crossing other hurdles in the course of spirituality.
