Amazing New Orleans

If I have to explain New Orleans in one sentence, then I would say-

"This is the place, where life is being celebrated."

One can see people celebrating everywhere, on the streets, in the clubs, restaurants, hotels, parks and almost everywhere. The very euphoria of joy and happiness catches you up. And one does not mind sitting on the roadside to enjoy band playing music or singing or dancing. As if the every throbbing pulse in your heart is a good reason to celebrate. In our language we have one word for this attitude "BINDASS", absolutely carefree.
This City on the banks of river Mississippi is filled with tourist across the world, across the culture, from different strata of society; just ready to merge into a group to enjoy. Its cuisine also reflects its "unity in diversity". They have strange recipes of Africans, Americans and French, amalgam, together with their unique spices.
You can find much about New Orleans on Wikipedia, about the city layout to its population and so on and so forth. Its history, its French connection and everything about it worth reading. But what I felt worth mentioning is that, it is here one can see the “GRATIFICATION OF SENSES” to the fullest. Like the old English saying ‘eat, drink and be merry’.
If this place is able to sway my controlled attitude, then heads off to this city.
As all my life, especially being Indian, has been taught to do this and don’t do that. If I can think VOW, forget everything just live the moment. Though I just could not disrobe myself of all the cultural values, which are now deeply engraved into me. But secretly appreciating people who are brave enough to do it.
So that is city serving your senses craving to the fullest. So if you have become depressed, listless and less motivated in life. Then you must visit New Orleans. You will find hotels, good creole food and so much and much more to rev up your mood within your budget.

I will be writing more about it that how serene Mississippi river  running quietly by its side with occasional honking from ferries gives one subtle resemblance to another city on the banks of river Ganges Haridwar, India (across the globe) "INDIA CALLING", its Asian sister, less fortunate in terms of cleanliness but more fortunate to have a spiritual message flowing deep through it.

If one city encourages to gratify your senses another motivate you to rise above your senses and seek higher goals in your life, where you can realize your true being.

Thank you very much all those people who have captured these moments.

I have added a video where bride and groom are dancing on the street. Their happiness and joy was infectious. Almost everybody was either whistling or dancing.
